Designing community consultations, participatory regranting projects has provided a range of methods and training experience for designing inclusive projects that upskill local leaders and amplify often unheard voices.

Youth & Community Worker

Studying community development and Health and Social Care, whilst working both in council estates in the UK and volunteering internationally, has provided a varied strategic platform from grassroots leaders on how to run projects that empower communities.

Involvement and Co-creation

Supporting homeless families to be part of national housing campaigns and amplifying the voices of those most impacted by the housing crisis has developed skills in trauma-informed co-production and involvement of people with lived experience shaping services and policies.

Community Improvements

Supporting local people to create change by collectively coming together to challenge people in power has provided a strong skill set of training and experience on how to create a movement, led by people most effected by the cause.
